Unless someone wants exactly the kind of car you've built, you are unlikely to see much if any return on your mods. In fact it may make the car harder to sell, and you may be better off putting the car back to stock and selling the mods individually. People often assume that because a car has been modded, it's going to have been driven harder, thus more wear and tear, and potential repairs in the near future. Your ad should have info that belies that, if applicable (such as mention and proof of frequent service), mention of your care habits, etc.
