Default Low Oil Pressure, Coolant, Engine Malfunction warning lights r on, SCARY PLEASE HELP

Last time when i got the oil changed, i used Mobil Euorpean Formula 0W-40. I dont think its a sludge problem. I checked oil level, its fine. BUT i been driving the car for two weeks with the coolant light on and low oil pressure light came few days ago. Also the engine malfunction light also came on. The dealer recommended me not to drive. What can i do? Help plz

The warning lights are there for a reason. If you don't know why they are on, you could ruin the engine by driving it. Get the codes read so you arn't guessing. Many local autoparts stores will let you scan for free.

Which oil light? Yellow (level) or Red (pressure)? Also, why haven't you topped off the coolant?

I think its the red pressure light which doesnt say 'min' as the oil level say. I didnt find any place to buy the g12 coolant except for dealer thats why i didnt fill the coolant back in with regular ones. So im just waiting to get the coolant. As i put in the g12, should i mix with the lil amount of old coolant left?

As far as the pressure light, absolutely, get someone to diagnose it quickly becuase you do permanent damage. It will range from easy (sensor), medium (oil pump), to serious (sludge.

As far as coolant, assuming the old coolant is the correct coolant and in decent shape, just add. If it is the wrong coolant (green for instance) or not an obvious pink color, would drain. This of course after you get your oil problem sorted.

We have next door VW?Audi specialist, they'll we scanning again and the coolant they put in last time was a regular coolant from a regular car wash service center where i got my car's service done. The coolant is redish color, 'not a g12'. I'll be putting the g12 for first time, im have 57,000 miles and i bought it at 50,000 miles i dont know if the previous owner also used g12.
as now i have 'red coolant light', 'red oil light' and the 'check engine light'

Don't wait for the perfect coolant while your engine die! Add some distilled water (prefered) or tap water if you have to, but don't let the coolant run out! Most engines don't wear out, they fail from lack of cooling. Overtemp light and oil pressure lights on at the same time is never good.

Ok ill try not to call you names: You do not EVEREVEREVER get any service done at a quick lube or 'car wash service center' who were SO INCOMPETENT as to mix coolants. I personally dont think it matters what color coolant you use,but you NEVER mix them! You NEVEREVER drive a car with the low coolant light on, engive temp light or oil pressure light on. EVEREVER! This car has 57k miles on it, thats barely broken in, I hope for your sake it can be saved.

One correction: It absolutely does matter what coolant you use. Anything other than G12 will react with the aluminum block and over time corrode the smaller passages in the engine and cause overheating. Only use G12.

By the way, those quick lube spots will also not put high quality motor oil / filter, add the wrong fluid to you diffs / tranny, and PS and mess those up too. Generally, you get what you pay for there. If you want your car to last a long time, put Audi recommended fluids in. I buy everything from the dealer except motor oil / filters.

By alas ssingh, it looks like your car is almost dead, so it may not matter...
