I found a picture of a 2003 RS6 that has matching honeycomb grilles and fog light grilles.(unfortunately can't get it to post). It looks like this car has the same pattern as my '05 USP. Does anyone know where I can get ones that look like the RS6 grilles for my A4 UltraSport?

for the upper the Uberhaus grille from lltek is a good match, but for the lower you'll have to DIY

Call up LLTek and ask for the Uberhaus mesh that would go with their B5 S4 RSR body kit. In fact, they have a special going on that lists the cost of the lower mesh (good to use for reference when ordering). See link below for the details.

Once you have the mesh, you can then use your OEM lower grille and separate the chrome frame from the center piece. Then you can cut the mesh to fit with the grille frame. I used black epoxy to attach the mesh to the frame. After that, I used Plastidip on the frame to complete the grille.

You'll also want to use Plastidip (or black paint) to cover the support bars that are behind each grille so they don't show through.
