Default Leather cleaning tips needed.......

Wondering what people suggest for cleaning light grey leather seats in my 2003 A4 ?

And any reasons why since I have a nice car the birds have no trouble craping an it more then my last vehicle.

I've had really great results by deep-treating the leather seats once-a-quarter with Leatherique Rejuvenator Oil (http://www.detailersdomain.com/leath...enatoroil.aspx), then I apply Leather Master Vital Leather Conditioner (http://www.detailersdomain.com/leath...nditioner.aspx) once-a-week. It only takes a few minutes per week and the seats in my 2003 A4 look and feel great!

As to the question of, "why do birds go out their way to use Audi's for target-practice?", all I can suggest is that well-kept Audi's present such a shiny bauble, the birds just can't help themselves... ;-)

I use a combo of Zaino Brothers Leather in a Bottle and Apple Brand Leather Care conditioner. I've used Apple for years on the home leather and then tried it on the car. Zaino puts the smell back in and keeps the leather supple. I even use it on all the plastic in the car. No oily residue. Start by wiping everything down with a moist cotton towel.

Meguair's Leather and conditioner says it might stain so test it first.
I got Turtle wax's Leather and conditioner and it works good.

I have a small area that is starting to crack and I am looking to find a solution for that also.

I've been using Griot's Garage leather cleaner / conditioner on my 2002 since year 1 and the leather is still in great shape.
