Just got a call...friends 1.8T...WP and TB just replaced last week.. Still coolant leaking....

Just had a coolant leak solved last week...
Mine is a 2005 but the leak turned out to be coming from the J Plug on the block. Was a bit tricky to track down as it didn't show on the first pressure test but turned up over night on a pressure test. Evidently it was leaking only for a short period of time on cool-down. Good luck tracking it down!

Oh my God! I had to do one of those on a Passat 1.8t What a PIA to get to!
Pay someone else to do it, is my advise. And why is the d*mn thing made out of plastic?
