Default I've joined the K04 club!

Got the GIAC FX K04 flash w/ boost control done today! Feels like a new car again =D The power delivery is pretty smooth, definitely not as big a "spike" like the FX K03 program. But it pushes you back into the seat more and before you know it, you're over the speed limit. The delivery is much more linear.

The car now pulls all the way up to 6k without feeling out of breath unlike before it would drop off after 5k.

It gives the car a nice refresh for sure and makes it that much more enjoyable in the power dept. A little history of power upgrades:

GIAC Stg 1 flash: March '05, 14,500 miles
GIAC Stg 1+ w/ BI: Jan '08, 82,000 miles
GIAC Stg 2 w/ K04: Feb '09, 110,000 miles

Btw, Matt, the turbo works great ;-)

Default Thanks Alfonso. Btw, so far I'm finding the Sprint Booster to be OK. Not too sensitive

on the throttle. I'll give it a few days and see what I think.

Really? Good to hear. It was too much "on - off" for me.

Default Yeah, I thought it would be on/off too. Maybe it has to do with the throttle adaptation that was

done. I think I'll have a better idea after driving the car for a few days.

Maybe so. I can't wait for warmer weather, I have a few "surprise" mods that I can't wait to tackle.
