I received damaged Hoen bulbs today..

I received damaged Hoen bulbs today..
So I sent them an email and their reply was:
"If any bulbs were damaged en route we will gladly send out replacements" :-) That's what I call customer service!
(note, they have to send to europe...)
Is there anyone here with Titaniums installed and have pics?
