Hi i have an audi a4 2.5 quattro td and have a noise like a police siren when i accelerate at low revs.have taken it back to the garage where i bought and they have suggested putting a forte oil additive,does anyone think this is acceptable and will it work,or is the turbo gone,the car has not lost any performance.

The video posted, is that a failing turbo? my s4 has a sound like that but still seems fast... how can you test the turbos?
