Default Emission inside the car

My Audi A4 has some gas emissions inside. When I drive, I can feel some smkoke/gas in my eyes and my eyes will be itching. Sometimes I can even smell some unpleasant gas smell inside the car. Even the emission from the exhaust is not normal, it smells excesively unplesant, not like normal exhasut emission.
What can be the cause of the problem and how can I fix it?

Default easy solution

Start the car up on a cold morning and look under it, sounds like ur exhaust is leaking somewhere. Should be nice rich white smoke on a cold morning coming out making easy to spot.

Just reading the topic alone - now, that's dangerous.

Default providing you've eliminated the obvious, like exhaust system leak etc.

the next most likely place is the crankcase ventilation system. Inspect all hoses under the hood, pay close attention to the hoses towards the rear of the valve cover and under the intake manifold.

I once checked my exhaust system but the tech told me it was OK. Im planning to go for a thorough test. I was also told to replace the air vent (but still could'nt help). There is a hissing sound coming undernearth the intake manifold. I will also ask a tech to have a look at that.
