Retrofitting my '02 with an OEM Sirius module and need a place to tap into power. While the B5 and C5 people had it easy with the "30" and "75X" posts for power choices... it's a little different on the B6.
Here's a shot underneath the dash...

Now can any of those posts (only 2 seem to have connections) be used as a source for constant 12V?

I got a VM somewhere... but aren't "unswitched 12V" and "direct battery voltage" the same beast?
OEM Sirius module uses unswitched 12V as the CAN-bus handles the on/off as needed.

Yes. All of the threaded terminal posts are unswitched +vbatt, 12 vdc....
That is where I have my SAT receiver/tuner connected to power. For the "31" or ground connecton, use a nearby ground post.
The SAT receiver/tuner turns ON and OFF in response to commands from the HU on the CAN buss, it does not stay powered up if the HU is OFF.
