brakes
#5
A couple of things,...
First, wash the brakes thoroughly with a high pressure car wash spray after soaking with Castrol Super Clean full strength.
Then, after the brakes are dry, apply some brake caliper grease where the pad backing plates touch the caliper, at the ends of the pads. Make sure the caliper guide pins are not siezed, and move without excessive effort. Also examine the rotors and if shiny/glazed, sand the rotors with 80 grit on a random orbit hand sander. Or, You can consider new rotors and pads. A low dust ceramic compound like the Akebono Euro Ultimate pads is one example.
