Indeed! Koni Sport, STR.T, and FSD dampers are all designed to work with factory springs. I do want to note, though, that FSD dampers are not designed to work with most lowering springs, so if you have plans to lower the car in the future, the Sport or STR.T dampers might be a better fit for you.

the STR ones say specifically designed for lowering spring. there aren't issues with running the factory springs?
also, I read in the past that bilstein sports with factory springs would still drop the car about half an inch, which is about all i would want. with either of the koni options do the same?

I am unable to say whether pairing the Konis with stock springs would lower the car a noticeable amount or not, unfortunately. It's likely, as the Konis are not pressurized gas shocks, but I cannot confirm this.
