Airbag Dash Light On
2004 A4 30K mi. Was just advised I need an airbag?? Could this be electrical? After 2 months and many visits, the headlight control module was just replaced. Anyone see a connection? Thanks for your help.

loose connection to the aurbag control module under the seat?
seems to be a somewhat common problem. I have had my airbag light go on and off intermittently for a year and then just stop all of the sudden.
Check the sensor under the seat for possible loose connections.

I was just informed diagnostics revealed the problem is Side Airbag Igniter, Drivers Side -N199
Upper limit exceeded, sporadic??
