Default yeah, the cop that came by said he had never seen one like that before...
I asked if it could have been a confused repo man. He told me that when the repo men get on site they call the local county/state police station to report the tags of the car they are picking up as to not have the police running around looking for the "stolen" car.

Im at a loss, I have no idea wth happened
