timing belt 1.8T and 2.8, 1.8T cam chain tensioner, clutch, suspension, CA, TRE, and center diff ;)
if you really want to go crazy... heater core or a/c evap. maybe steering rack. or even that pesky fuel filter.
or, simple things to make people who have never turned a wrench be able to change their oil, and change brake pads.

2nd all of that.
Only thing I'd add is a general one on the topic of pinch bolts, suborn bolts, stripped bolts and the various methods for dealing with them from extracting to tapping new threads.
BTW Joey T, if you need footage of 2.8 stuff let me know I'd be honored to supply it with no strings attached to help out the cause...

I always thought that would be an awesome TV Show idea....
But the VW/Audi DIY/Tuning crowd is just a bit smaller than other makes...would be somewhat hard to market it to a network.
