Default Vaccum Leak help

<center><img src="http://i123.photobucket.com/albums/o315/absolutegtr/PIC-0065.jpg"></center><p>Loss of power went to bad idle yesterday. Nailed it down to a cracked (two halves) plastic piece behind the manifold.

It appears to be under the check valve, I can't locate the p/n or name for this part, can anyone help.

2001 AWM

The bottom piece with blue on it

TIA
