Ugh..my chipped 2001 is running at 10PSI
My boost has been on the decline foe about 6 months now and I have taken steps to make sure it wasn't leaking out (changed vacuum lines, replaced leaking wastegate actuator, pressure tested intercooler swapped out N75 valves from C to J...)
I am only able to see about 10 PSI at the gauge. I'm wondering if my GIAC Xchip might have reverted back to a stock mode. Is that even possible?

get a VAG-COM, log requested vs. actual boost.
if requested and actual match @ 10psi, then you're back on stock programming. if requested is closer to 20, then you've got a leak.
