Couldn't have said it any better... However $$$ they are giving you are still LOW!!! I bought my car last year at Manheim ('98 w/ 40K miles) and paid a LOT more...

Had a hard time selling it privately - most folks don't understand the "mystique" of Audi vehicles. Their loss I guess
