with 1.0 Bar software under various conditions. Please don't inflate values as I'm going to use this data to make some important decisions, which will affect the final outcome of a product I'm currently designing for the Audi A4 community.

I'd like input from S4 owners as well...what kind of pressures are you seeing at the intake manifold.

I'm currently looking at and have some sensors which are good to 36.3 PSI when you subtract out the atmospheric pressure of approx. 14.69 PSI that leaves you with about 21.61 PSI

I've seen pressures as high as ohh about 18.1 PSI with my Neuspeed K04 setup..so that doesn't leave much margin...but I was driving VERY hard.

In most cases my MTM/Hoppen 1.0 bar chip reads like my stock chip did: vacuum to about 5 psi for most situations <= half throttle, and about 8 psi for 3/4 throttle. But go to WOT and things change: from about 2500 rpm- about 5500 rpm it will read around 20 psi (give or take 2 psi) depending on ambient temperature, above 5500 rpm boost tapers off to around 11 psi.
