What a great run or two...... then all hell broke loose near full boost in third gear.........
Clutch is toast! He he. Nothing *that* serious! Sucks though, I was hoping to get a little more time out of the stock clutch as it only has (had) 30K or so on it.
With that said, I am the IDIOT who put the 10 gallons of high octane in it, pushed the switch to set it to 104 oct program and went out and flogged it a few miles later. I was easy on it in first gear........ ;-P
Gawd it was fun.
Now I need to decide on a clutch as she will not hold more than about 5 psi boost at all. Hmmmmmm, anyone have one to sell/swap w/me?

I think it's gone...
Maybe not? It was holding fine and then started to slip really quickly. It also feels like it engages a lot higher than before. There is a noticeable difference in feel.
I have a feeling it's done, but then again i have no idea how she'd feel if it was just glazed. FWIW I didn't smell the traditional burned clutch smell, but the windows were up and I didn't let it slip long.

Any comment on how that would feel/work/drive for a DD'er? I think it's time for a Vermont GTG!
I think she'd limp down that far........
I also do NOT have big$$ to put into this right now... at all. Wifey will **** about this anyway! Don't you need a better clutch and i could buy yours? We could do a little swap party. heh heh.
~~~~~~~~~~~ No no honey, the turbo had *NOTHING* to do with the clutch going...... too bad she's waaaayyy too smart for that..... and I am too frickin' honest. LOL.
