Default I always thought that the torsen went to a 50/50 split in situations like that

I know we have open diffs front and rear but I dont see why having no traction in the rear would cause the fronts not to move, the torsen should lock up and send half power to the front. If we had an open center diff I could understand but we dont

Default SCAM: someone messed with the center diff. or took the front halfshafts out of the car......

Before they did that test. There is no way that the A8 would "act" like that normally.

If you have read about how the torsen system works then you know it would transfer the power to the front wheels.

That's the way it works. It multiplies torque, but it can't multiply times zero.
