So my car that hasn't been running for 2 years has no spark, ideas?

So I guess unplug the coil packs and check the voltage on the wires leading from it?
It looks like there are three, should I just ground the voltmeter and try each?

no, you want to check the voltage coming from the ecu before the ouput stage...
there should be a plug with 5 prongs coming from the ecu. The 4 (two on each side) are for each cylinder and the center is the ground. once one of those receives the low power signal, it opens the circuit on the other side to ground the power to the coil pack. i would check to see if you are getting low voltage from the ecu and i would also check to make sure you were getting full voltage to the coil pack. If you're not getting full voltage to the coil pack, either the power to the coilpacks has an issue or the output stage isn't doing it's job. I hope that makes sense.
