Default So I've done all the drivetrain tightening mods ie DTS, snub, upgraded engine/trans mounts but

when lifting off the gas abruptly in 1st and 2nd gears the car jerks a bit 2 or 3 times then settles. Is it just a design flaw or could something else be wrong?

It's a GFB hybrid valve.. 40% venting to the atmosphere- could that cause jerking?

Why not? Engine goes rich, then lean before it finally figures out what's going on.

Pressure test. Replace check valves. Make sure PCV system is clean and clear.

Default I run a Greddy valve plumbed back into the intake. When I was first setting it up it did exactly

that. When I lifted rapidly from being on boost, the valve would cycle several times. That resulted in a pretty good 'jerk' to the drive line. Likely was none to grand on teh turbo either. The resolution was to adjust the valve and the spring arrangement. Now the car is absolutely smooth. Worth a shot to see what can be done with the valve IMO ...
