Default did a quick review of it

3000 miles is not a minor issue if that relates to an oil change that was done at 8000 miles instead of 5000. I also don't understand 14K in repairs but then again that right there is the one reason I will probably never own an Audi again. Either way IMO you will never see the full 14K. Maybe half that.
I also agree with some others that you seriously increased the damage by not getting the car off the road sooner. Obviously I wasn't there but I can tell you that when I hit a rock and tore the oil pan off of my car last year I shut it off before the light had even come on. This was in the middle of rush hour traffic on a country road with zero shoulder and poor visibility. Put on the flashers and let people deal with it while I got the hell away from the car. But I've owned a lot of beaters in my time so I have a lot of experience with that sort of thing.

Default Same thing happened to me.

Previous owner missed her FIRST service by 2000k miles. Every other service made on time. They refuse to fix anything.

Can we put together a class-action suit or something? This is lame!

Default Do it, companies are scared sh!tless over class action suites...

I just rented a movie at Hollywood Video and they handed me a class-action flyer where they have to give out 9 million free rental coupons because they're trying to settle a class-action suit over whether they illegally charged late fees because it wasn't spelled out properly in the rental agreement... The lawyers will get fees equal to 30% of the worth of the 9M rentals if the lawsuit is approved! It's **** like that that's killing this country, but class-action suits are intended for crap like this sludge thing, if what I'm reading on this board is true Audi is really screwing some people over on technicalities to avoid having to address their design flaw. It's a shame.

Default I wasnt leaving my baby in the middle of the road...

But your probably right that I did more damage. The fact is it shouldnt have happened in the first place. I had other stuff dont to the car when it was at the shop, brakes, chip, exhaust etc. so the engine and turbo cost around 10K. with the labor.
