Sick to my stomach over this oil sludge issue...
I just got my denial call from Audi. They said that they could not meet my reimbursement expectations because the previous owner missed a service by 3000 miles. They are denying my claim based on the previous owner being late on a service!!! Absolute lunacy.
Im real pissed. And to think I just bought a VW...

Its really frustrating. I had to send them my info 3 times!!!
They lost it the first time, the second time the copies werent dark enough. They didnt even need my info if they can deny me based on the previous owners 3000 mile service discepency. I have a good feeling about my new R32 though. Im going to take real good care of her.

I called the Attorney Generals office...
They are sending me a complaint form to fill out. My lawyer said if I can get a lawyer team to do it for free than I should. If they cant do anything, we go to plan B or as he likes to call it, rabid dog attack mode. I love my lawyer...
