Replacing the secondary air pump...

I have limited access to it if I remove the wheel well cover. Is this enough to remove it or do I need to get underneath the car? I can't tell where the mounting bolts are.

you have to go under the car. Are completely sure it's your 2nd air pump needs to be replaced?

Well it's not dead yet but can go at any time

Sounds like a jet engine and I keep getting this code:
16795 - Secondary Air Injection System: Incorrect Flow Detected
P0411 - 35-00 - -

I've replaced all my vacuum lines.

Where is it located? Do you have a picture? I am getting the same code trhat I cannot get rid of!
