Paging Nononsenseikcal Axisisisis Joe: I have a need for some stuff ------->

Oh that didn't even tingle, not even a bit.
At least you won't forget to pack... I'm good at that forgetting thing, completely omitting stuff because I'm all hung up on some car thing. Like earlier this year it was sleepwear on my trip to RI... a couple years back it was my wallet on the way to like Watkins Glen. I'm totally awesome at that. Remember if that BMW project runs late into the night just the other night a good man told me that "sleep is over-rated". Besides if you are exhausted on the airplane it will make it sooo much easier to just snooze and thus ignore the annoyance of modern air travel. Unless sleeping is now considered to be unusual/suspect behavior on passenger aircraft.

LOL it's not that i forget stuff...
it's just that i wait to long to prepare myself when i am leaving for a trip and run around like a mad man trying to leave on time.
Usually when my wife plans a trip, she has us leaving at 3pm or something and that just kills the end of the day. at least tomorrow i won't even turn on a computer.
As for airplanes, i usually fall asleep before takeoff and either wake up at landing or a mere 15 minutes later and can't sleep because i just had a power nap. i'm hoping tomorrow i just wake up when we are there. ;-)

just drove past your house with the straight six....
except not really. no barking tonight. the car is going back as a roller still. too many unknowns on this engine (we don't know for sure if the timing magnets are in the right location - owner did that well before I was ever involved in the project). he is going to handle the startup...which will probably be after i return from the trip.
