One of the holes where my turbo bolts to exhaust manifold on the turbo are stripped.

you know the 3 holes on the turbo, where it bolts up to the exhaust manifold with those long bolts.

one of them got stripped some how, no clue how.

any idea on what size tap I need to clean it up?

Helicoil

Check any auto parts store. You will have to remove the turbo to get to the hole.
