Needs some insight on H&R Race vs. Sport springs for a B5 Avant
The goals are to tighten the suspension feel while not sacrificing too much ride quality, but also eliminating some wheel gap. I live in SW Pa., so snow and poor roads will be dealt with on occasion. The H&R race are the only ones listed on purems.com as avant specific, but there may be others I'm not aware of. I'm open to Vogtland as well, but I would like something that will get rid of the *** end sag. The springs will be paired with bilstein sport shocks and a control arm kit on a upcoming suspension overhaul. Any advice on this would be appreciated.

The suspension order has been placed, went with the race springs
since they were avant specific. Pretty excited to freshen up the suspension and experience that "like new" feeling. I'll throw out an update on the progress further on down the road.

I am halfway through the same process. Put rear bilsteins and H&R race on last weekend.
Can't really offer an good summary, as the front is still stock until Thursday...the bump stiffness is more extreme but the car rides very well on MD roads (with only the rears)
