For that engine, the 2.7, there haven't been a lot of TB problems.
The guys in the A6 forum keep asking if someone has actually had a TB fail, and no one seems to be saying yes.
They recommend a substantially higher interval than 60K. Over 100K. I have a friend who's at 115K with no change. Yeah, he knows he's rolling the dice on every drive.

it comes up in the info screen by speedo. That version of Nav sucks. We used to have
the same system on our old 2001 2.7t A6. Even our RS6 and S4 have the same type of system, but with color pixel screen. The RNS Nav or whatever it is called is the pimp ****, and the only audi nav system worthwhile.
