Blinkers dont blink but hazards flash. is the flasher seperate or maybe its a different problem?

you need a new hazards relay. It's integrated with the turn signal relay behind the hazards button.

maybe not, it could be the load reduction relay...
If the wipers and climate controls also fail to function, it could be the load reduction relay that died. it happened to me and is not shown in any of the electronic diagrams that I have looked at. I don't recall the relay number, but its on the second relay panel under the steering column (remove the lower panel to access it). hope this helps
