Default Wow, have fun doing that job again in a few months when the stock shocks are trashed..

Sorry, but they are way not up to the task of dealing with the added spring rates you just saddled them with..

Default let me know how your shocks hold up.......(more)

I wanna do this too, cause i don't wanna slam my car. And I've heard all the B6 guys do it without a problem for many miles. Then I hear all the B5 guys say it'll destroy your shocks.

Also do you have more close-up pictures to see how low it drops? Are you on 18's?

sorry for all the questions.

Default which isnt really a problem if you dont mind tossing them on again.

I can't see how this job is uber hard.

3 hours max.

and its not like you will be buying new shocks the next weekend.

Default Here is another picture if that helps.....

my brothers 02 avant sits lower with stock oem sports setup and his ride is fairly firm. I know the 02 were very low and changed the next year, but I this he has the same sachs shocks. I dont think they will wear out that fast and if it does then it gives me a reason to upgrade. My height right now is 25 3/4 " to the center of fender and before it was around
26 1/4" all around. yes they are 18s too
