Default Heater Core Issue......with a twist.

So last year at this time, I had no heat. I replaced my heater core with a brand new one from the Audi dealer. Heat was perfect until April, when it was suddenly lost altogether. I didn't worry too much about it, as it was getting warmer out as summer was approaching. Now it's cold in the mornings and I once again need heat.

I've checked the V68 flapper movement with VAG-COM Output Tests and it "appears" to be functioning correctly. No codes in the module either. You'd think I once again have a clogged heater core, but how? It's brand new, factory quality part, etc. But here's the kicker.....

I measured temperature into the heater core and it read 140 degrees, then I measured temperature out of the heater core and read 5-10 degrees less, which I feel is appropriate. So I'm assuming my heater core is NOT plugged up.

Which leads to my question..... WHERE THE HELL IS MY HEAT?

Is there anything else I'm missing? Could the V68 flapped be moving, but I have a stuck flapper door in the cold position? Is there anyway to check this w/o getting **** deep into pulling the dash out?

I did my heater core 365 days ago, it sucked, and I will never do another one on THIS car. What should I do?

Thanks.
