I just bought my first audi (2001 a4 1.8t) and it has a few issues. The information screen on the dash (cluster) is choppy I can't make anything out on the screen. And all the windows don't work properly along with the blinkers not working. Could this be a linked problem? And are any of these big issues....

cluster redo (module masters) blinkers = hazard relay
