Did the wieght of the car shift when you stopped or was it the same.
when you slow down almost to a stop and then go, the weight of the car shifts from the front wheels to the rear when you excellerate.
When you actulay stop the weight of the car becomes neutral once stopped it is an abrupt feeling.
Did you actualy stop?

thats what i was saying, was rolling and stopped, so was no abrupt feel.
Or extremely marginal feel. With no braking involved no weight ever shifted to front. just rolled and stopped on own, as it would at slow pace w/ slightest incline. And then of course you could feel the weight shift from nuetral to rear once accelerated. So not as straight forward as you suggest.

possible, think front heat shield is scrapping rotor. Slight sound, happened right after had shock
replaced. there was some prying against it the get the shock lined up right. Probably bent it, didnt think it have much of an effect on the car though..

technically speaking, you can stop the car without the brake lights comming on reguardless...
you could use the E-brake.
With that logic I think you could beat the ticket based on reasonable doubt. He can't prove that you didn't stop based on your brake lights alone.
