I guess I missed by what you meant by "moly"
Looking at the report, overall what is your opinion of that sample and the condition of my car?
I'm currently on Pentosynth 5W-40. I'm thinking 4,500 miles on it then switching to 5W-30.

I just used the automated mailing machine. It weighs your item, prints the postage
slap the postage on, and toss it into the mailing bin next to it.
That way there's no pesky human to get in your way. The machine assumes you tell the truth, lol.
They will send you a free sample kit that includes a pre-addressed container and info card.

Fe wear's too much to be accounted for by lowered visc.No corresponding Cu from rings.
I'm no UOA expert, but I think there would be less Fe wear with 30 weight, without fuel dillution. Most VAG cars seem to run rich and thin the oil. All new VW 504 oils are 40 weight, maybe thhicker visc helps in general but 1.8t can and should run ok on 30 weight. Stay with 40 until you fix the fuel dillution except maybe German Syntec 0w-30 which handles fuel dillution well. When I mentioned Mo, it was in regards to the Syntec formulation.
