fluid questions...

4 months is NOTHING. Take it from an OCD sufferer, just put in some Sta-bil or Marvel Mystery.
I'd do an OC before going away rather than after, but it does not really mattter. Just take it for a good 1/2 hour ride before changing oil OR storing. Don't touch the coolant. Disconnect the battery unless you have a trickle charger. Don't over-think it, 4 months in nothing. If you were storing 4 years, it would probally still start after re-connecting battery. If you want to go nuts, just buy an oil extractor and change it that way for storage. Sta-Bil is really all you need.

As the author of the FAQ article, let me recommend
that you read a bit more closely.
I specifically say that transmission, transfer case, and differential fluids don't need to be changed if the vehicle will only be in storage a few months. I count four as a few.
I say that you only need to change your coolant if it's near the end of the manufacturer's recommended life. Audi is pretty generous with the coolant change interval. I don't see the year of your vehicle, but if you've never changed the coolant, this might be a good time to do it. At 80,000 miles, you're pretty close.
There's been a fair amount of discussion about coolant types on here. Search is your friend. Most people replace with orange VAG coolant, but you might consider the stuff Mercedes uses. Search with Audi Junkie's ID and the words "coolant" and "Mercedes."
OTOH, I've edited the FAQ article to remove the word "trickle" from the charger description. While everyone calls them trickle chargers, they really aren't, but the manufacturers don't call them float chargers either. So I've added the words you need to look for.
My recommendation for a charger is the BatteryMINDer Plus, available for about $50 at batteryweb.com

Finally, don't forget the step about thoroughly cleaning out the car. If you leave any food in the car, you'll really wish you hadn't!
