Failed turbo coolant return line again....
So this has become a reoccurring issue. I have been using Parker Pushlock and it has failed me twice so far at the turbo side of things. What are others using for BT/BAT setups? Does anyone have experience with Earl's plumbing? Any other recommendations welcomed.

use the stainless braided stuff. I use the mr. gasket shadow series fittings with it
it's pretty easy to make your own lines, just cut it to length, and screw the fitting together...don't need any special tools to crimp etc.
also what do you mean by failed? melted?

haha, what flavor is your favorite? Joe referred me to Earl's. ATP pushes Parker which has failed
me. The feed is fine, its the return that fails each time.

I actually don't have a coolant line
But I use the stainless braided stuff for the oil return and other things and it's within 1mm of my header and it doesn't melt (even touches on occasion), so you shouldn't have any issues with it at all in that applications. There are various fittings you can get including banjos to make it clean.

We used earl's lines exclusively on this car...

though the applications are obviously different, we never had any problems with them.
