Default Note entirely, however the trademark usage guide...

I now take into account to an extreme level. The fuel for any fire they may stoke up. I highly suggest anyone who uses anything that may be trademarked to be extra careful with their usage if it has any commercial purpose or even the appearance of commercial usage.
