Default ATW upgrade AEB

I bought a 2000 ATW manual with blown motor as a project car.
Plan: build motor good for 400 cHP, 26 psi (high pressure MAP sensor), 550 or 750cc injectors, W/M, custom tune

I have:
- AEB block with pistons
- AEB block (1 piston melted)
- AEB engine (running, low oil pressure even after new oil pump; 200k)
- ATW in car, running on 3 cyl; cyl 1 has no rod
- currently NO AEB heads
- ATW head in car

Motor work planned:
- block tanked
- cylinders freshened up
- new bearings
- new rods
- new pistons rings
- existing pistons
- new oil pump

Heads:
- AEB (high flow) heads (or can ATW heads made 'high flow')?
- freshened up
- new solid exhaust valves

a) are ATW and AEB blocks fully interchangeable (in other words, it doesn't matter which of the blocks I pick for built)? Or will I face the one or the other 'adaption' to use an AEB block in a ATW car?

b) How do the AEB heads differ from ATW? What 'adaptions' are needed to use the AEB head in an ATW car?

c) What intake manifold should I use? ATW and port it to 'wide mouth' heads? Or can I use AEB manifold (ATW sensors, ATW TB)

d) Will the stock ATW TB be sufficient for 400+ cHP? If not: what are good swap upgrades (2.7T, RS4, etc.)?
