you don't drive much, do you? :-) What wheels/tires did you have on when you ran the 6.27?
after seeing the effect of bigger, heavier wheels/tires on my CAPS times, I'm considering looking around for something different. 6.53 last weekend and a 6.63 yesterday after I was getting 6.12 to 6.28 on the OEM 15s (and about 5-8 degrees cooler). I got great gains from the exhaust and FMIC, but practically stomped those out with wheels and tires. I should have PC16 running next weekend, so I'll see what that looks like. I'm probably going to put the 15s back on for a run, too.

i havent had the time to really think about the effect of the smaller diameter 15" setup
but, i can tell you that the assumption on the database is 25.1" diameter.
again i havent stopped to think exactly what kind of impact the change in OD has.
my 6.27 was with the 16" rims and snow tires. 25.1" OD setup.
I do notice a slowdown when I change to my 17" summer setup, and those rims are bricks. a bad purchase on my part

Wont a smaller OD wheel allow you to hit 6500 rpm at a lower mph
which would mean that the car would seem qicker when in fact it is just starting and finishing at a slower mph and might even be running a smaller mph gap from start to finish.
