Does anyone know how the Projektzwo front bumper spoiler is installed?

Cut OEM line up Projektzwo and mold it into the bumper.

I am looking for the bumper in your picture. Does anyone know where I can get it? Mine was broken in an accident the other day and I am looking to get it replaced. The model is: Projektzwo 124-1.0. Not sure if that helps.
