Damaged coolant radiator plastic
Gents, i have discovered a small (about 1") hairline crack on the plastic part of my radiator. Coolant begins to seep out of the crack as soon as pressure begins to build up in the cooling system. I bought the radiator about two months ago (Valeo brand) and due to some other constraints, i cannot return it. Anyway can anyone recommend a reliable sealant of some kind that i can use to effectively seal the crack.

Best idea is to buy new rad.
But, I was amazed by this product while fixing plastic fairing on my motorcycle. It’s a two part, bonds to polypropylene, EPDM, TPO and similar plastics.
Downside, quite expensive. Roughly around $30 for 207ml

you can drain the tank and use epoxy, like joloya suggested. 3M also makes some excellent stuff for pp, abs, etc.
really, you should replace the radiator. Try to get something with alloy tanks that will last you many years and improve cooling.
