Should I break down and get a new one?
Anyone wanna sell me theirs?
I don't want to gut it!!
I can't just buy an aftermarket one because of the bend in the converter...it isn't just a straight line pipe (darn Audi)
I am guessing that they go bad after a while. I have close to 90,000 on my Audi (I know, I missed the warranty by 10,000) but is there anything I should take a look at that might have caused this? I checked my o2 sensors, I use premium gas, doesn't burn oil. 280 bucks+free ship, would it be cheaper than having an exhaust shop weld something?
