One more thing is during WOT, (most noticed leaving Toll booths here in orlando)...
I hear a very noticable Fluttering sound, very fas and only under WOT. Almost sounds like cards shuffling...
I can only really hear it leaving toll booths due to the Walls that are nearby. The sound is able to enter the car at that point...

look very close to where the dv goes into the turbo outlet hose....
I had a leak in it I did not see even when checking. the hole would not open until over 20psi then it would hold 10psi. had to take the hose off and bend it to see the hole.
but i really think it is a vacuum leak and not a boost leak, this is based on your fuel trim. replace all your vacuum hoses.

me too. My peak boost was ~12-13 psi
I can tell you where to get a good deal on the wastegate actuator if you find you need one.
The simple test I used to determine it was the actuator was to use a hand vaccum pump (MityVac) hooked up to the silicone hose that goes from the N75 to the wastegate actuator. I started pumping teh MityVac and air was just rushing through the actuator (it wouldn't hold vaccum). that convinced me I had foundthe problem. Once my new actuator arrived, I performed the same test, and the new unit would hold vaccum.
Good Luck.
