Best Sounding/Performing Cat-Back Exhaust for 2000 1.8tq?
It's finally time to replace the stock exhaust, which means it's upgrade time!! Heard Borla has one of the best sounding systems for the 1.8tq, but am curious to hear what the community here thinks the best system is for overall sound and performance! Thanks in advance for your opinions!!

So instead of being a dick like the other people on here who always say, "there's a thread on this already", I installed a Borla cat-back last summer and love it. At idle, it sounds a little louder than stock but under load it sounds great. If you're looking for something louder go with apr. I'm planning on installing a test pipe this summer which I think will add a more throaty sound to it but that's still in the works. Go on youtube and take a listen. There are a bunch of videos which is where I decided to get my Borla. I've been wishing I had a video camera so I could get a better listen from outside my car but it like it. Also, look around online for the exhaust and try and find coupons on google for the different websites you are looking at. I found mine for something like 780 after a 20% off coupon on some website.
Anyway good luck man. Hope your search goes well. Keep us informed.
