Default Before I tear my fuel rail apart again, anyone know fit diff between R/C SL2-310 and SL4-270?

I've got SL4-270s installed in my G2 setup right now but I realized I still have a set of SL2-310s from my G1 sitting on the shelf. Would be nice to have a bit bigger injectors when I go to higher boost. Will they fit?

For reference, SL2-310s:

VS SL4-270s:

Default

How many nozzles do the SL4's have... 4 could indicate 4 nozzles while 2... you get the idea.

Default The SL2 have just one, the SL4 have what looks like 3

so go figure. I'm mostly intersted in the height of the injector, they are both taller then stock injectors, I need to know if the SL2s will fit into the G2 fuel rail.

Default if they're the right height they might be, Can you measure the overall height for me?

also, a set is 6, not 4, right? :P

Default Six and they are the same size as stock 12v injectors.

I'll see if I can find em to measure.

Default If they are the same size as stock 30V and S4 injectors they are too short

the fuel rail on the g2 is spaced higher due to having to clear the charger body

Default A pic from a long time ago...

This shows the type of injector... the bigger one is the same size as the Bosch 315cc... the grey one is an S8 injector.

Default Hmm, the SL2-310s are 2.8" overall but looks like you're not measuring overall

in that pic, just to the lower o-ring, so the overall is > 2.8"?
