Weird problem with my car. Over the past few weeks it's been sounding more and more like my battery is dying. But I replaced the battery back in July with an OEM battery. Today it slowed down more and now I get nothing. I turn the key and get one click if that. The voltmeter reads just over 12. I also attempted to jump start it (voltmeter read around 14 then) and same thing - nothing. Interior lights and dash seem normal. I didn't take the battery out yet because I was looking for the radio code, but it kinda seems like the starter to me. I wasn't getting a battery light or anything out of the ordinary once the car started. It started quickly, it just sounded like the battery was nearly dead. Anyone have similar experiences?

that happened cause the starter wire got loose (plastic retaining clip cracked)

that was my problem
