This is bad
I replaced my valve cover gasket and the inside.... not so good. It looks like this (hope this works, i'm a rookie poster, long time leacher)

So, what do I do? I just finished the job for now and replaced the gasket. But do I just cut and run and sell the car? It's got 160k miles on it.

You edited your post? That pic's a 12v engine from NoCali, is that what you have?They rarely sludge.
Most 12v look like this...

I'm using it with permission. I see what you mean though. However this is post #1 of 1 total.
His verbage confused me, I though that was the point initself. I guess I might be wong.
