I have a 99 A4. I lost my maintenance booklet, I had my 30K service done already.
Can anyone tell me:
1. when should I get next scheduled maintenance? until 60K?
2. how much will that cost me? where can I find a comprehensive list of things that this kind of service will usually perform on the car?
3. do I have to go to dealer?

if you register with the "My Audi" feature, it list all the maintenance intervals for your year, plus all the items that should be done for each service as well. As for price, you have to ask around, and if you are out of warranty, try to find an independent Audi mechanic for the long haul, it will save you lots of $$ on labor.
